NOMINATING & AWARDS (1-Year Term): Scope includes managing member recognition, process candidates for NVR state elected offices and endorse pertinent NVR state appointees.
BYLAWS & POLICY (1-Year Term): Scope includes providing review and oversight of bylaws and policies.
BUDGET & FINANCE (1-Year Term): Scope includes review of financials, budgets, recommendations to BOD and MANAGEMENT of investments; Includes Budget Development and Investment Subcommittees
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (1-Year Term): Scope includes developing future leaders for the real estate profession in Nevada. *Look for separate application at NevadaRealtors.org in August-October.
LEGAL ACTION FUND (3-Year Term): Administer the Legal Action fund pursuant to NVR policy.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS (2-Year Term): Scope includes serving as hearing panel for members at large and select situations.
FORMS (1-Year Term):: Scope includes developing standard forms for use by members.
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY ALUMNI (1-Year Term): Scope includes mentoring current participants, recruiting future leaders and engaging in ongoing charitable activities.
CONVENTION COMMITTEE (1-Year Term): Scope includes development of agenda for NVR convention.
BUILDING COMMITTEE (1-Year Term): Scope includes responsible for conducting due diligence on building, moving, or staying at current location.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION (1-Year Term): Scope includes recommending policy and action regarding diversity inclusion in association governance.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (1-Year Term): Scope includes development of PM agenda, educate and inform PM permit holders and support legislative committee on impacted issues.
LEGISLATIVE (2-Year Term): Scope includes 1) maintaining legislative awareness, 2) communicating concerns to members and government officials and 3) developing NVR legislative program to formulate legislative programs, policies and procedures.
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS NETWORK (YPN) (1-Year Term): This is a member-driven organization, helping young real estate pros excel in careers by giving them tools and encouragement to become involved in the REALTOR® association.
GLOBAL (1-Year Term): Committee scope is to assist local associations in education opportunities and development of a global committees.
REALTORS OF NEVADA PROTECTION FUND (RNPF) (1-Year Term): Trustees oversee distribution decisions for both the RNPF funds and the Issues Mobilization funds.
*Separate application required for selection. Applications available in August and due in October.
*NV RPAC (3-Year Term): Scope includes overseeing NVR account funded by investments from members, which funds are used to support political candidates.
*APPR PAC (2-Year Term): Scope includes making independent expenditures to support issues and promoting candidates who believe in free enterprise and in the protection of property rights.
*REALTOR® CHAMPION PAC (3-Year Term): Scope includes Identifying and selecting REALTOR® members as candidates who support real estate issues to receive contributions.
*REALTOR® INDUSTRY PAC (3-Year Term): Scope includes identifying and selecting candidates involved in the real estate industry and supporting REALTOR® issues to receive contributions.
