WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Leadership development is an essential element in the process of improving our profession and the Association. Nevada REALTORS® is committed to identifying and cultivating leaders for the future of the real estate profession in Nevada.

The Leadership Academy program is an exciting way to accomplish this vision by encouraging participants with motivational activities and assisting in sharpening their leadership skills in the hope they will exert a strong positive influence on the future of the profession and the Association.

The Leadership Academy is a year-long program that meets 4 times a year in various locations and addresses a variety of areas of personal and business growth, including public speaking and team building.
